Catch (aka "Pass the Ball")

Here's some pics of Matt and Jacob playing catch in the yard today. I love to see Matt playing with our kiddos. Our boys are so blessed to have him as their father!

Just out of curiosity, do you call that "catch" or "pass the ball"? I say "catch" and Matt says "pass the ball" so I was wondering what all you readers think. Let me know!

We are a big baseball family too. All of us played ball in the backyard and on teams at some point. The family would often spend our spring and summer afternoons playing together. We often called it catch when it was just to of us but dad would often say "pass the ball" when we got off on a tangent and were talking and he was ready for us to throw it to him again or when we were little and he was just trying to teach us what to do next. He still says it that way even when he is playing with Jordan now too.

I associate of "pass the ball" with footbal, go Eagles! Of course to play "catch" i guess someone must play "throw".

Talk about bad spelling and grammar. I sure do miss spellcheck on these comments. The fingers are faster than the brain.
