Today's the day! Please cover us in prayer as we go to the perinatologist this morning. We have such mixed emotions--excitement, anxiety, elation, trepidation. We know we'll find out about the placenta, about any structural abnormalities, and the gender. That's quite a doctor's appointment! After we leave, we're swinging by Jacob's school to let him know first, then we'll head home and I'll post. Talk to you then!

- I'm Jennifer. In April of 2005, I married my amazing husband, Matt, after God authored our love story. On that day, I also was given the gift of a son through marriage, Jacob. We have gone on to be blessed with two more boys, Eli and Abel. I am the lone female amongst a bunch of boys and I wouldn't have it any other way! I am a special education teacher, turned homemaker and have been navigating my way in that uncharted territory! I spend most days trying to maintain some sense of order amidst the chaos. Even so, I'm working toward "seeing the glory peeking out from behind the ordinary." I never would have dreamed that this is how my life would turn out, but I would not change a thing!
